ADMISSION POLICY:
- Being a linguistic minority institution (Gujarati Language), 50% of the seats are reserved for Gujarati speaking students.
- Concessions in fee for Hindu Gujarati students (50%) and Jain Community Students (100%) - Only University fees to be paid.
- Merit based scholarships for students scoring 75% and above (20%).
- Part-payment facilities for specific programmes.
- Fees for Second / Third Year Degree and Junior college will be conveyed to the students at the end of first year.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
- Students should have passed HSC from any recognized board with English as a compulsory subject
- For BAMM: HSC from the recognized Boards or equivalent diploma in any stream of study by the Government of India/respective state and has required credits as per the government norms to be able to join undergraduate programme
- For BCom / BAF - Students from any stream (Commerce, Science, and Arts) who have completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent are eligible to apply. Students from other than commerce stream are required to complete college-level bridge courses.
- For BCA (AICTE approved) - HSC from any recognized board with minimum of 45% marks with English medium of instruction. Students have to take up MAH-B.BCA CET examination. (Mathematics not compulsory)
- For BMS (AICTE approved) – HSC or Equivalent (Any Stream) from any recognized board. Students have to take up MAH-B. BMS CET examination
- Original Certificates along with certified copies of the following have to be submitted at the time of admission:
- Certificate of the last examination passed
- Mark Sheet
- College Leaving Certificate
- Migration Certificate, if from any board other than Maharashtra. The student has to approach the college office for information regarding other documents.
- Transfer Certificate, in case of students seeking admission from other colleges of the SNDT Women’s University.

ADMISSION PROCESS & GUIDE LINES FOR BA, B.COM, BSC, BAMM, BAF :
- Student has to buy the Prospectus from the Information counter. Each copy of the College Prospectus will have specific User ID and Password.
- Create ABC ID of the student with the help of student volunteers.
- Student will have to Log in on a given https://spnd.pssm.in/degree.. and fill up the Online form on her own.

- Selection of the Course*
- 10th& 12th Marksheet (Photocopy)
- 12th Leaving Certificate (Original)
- ABC ID
- Aadhar card
- Migration Certificate (In case, student is from another Board)
- Caste certificate (In case, student belongs to Reserve category. She has to keep the Income certificate and Domicile certificate ready in near future; does not require at the time of admission.)
- Physical disability certificate (In respective cases)
- Finally, student has to click on PRINT button & get 2 copies of the Admission form (one for her reference)
- Admission committee Table :--
- Check and verify all the necessary documents, put the Subject combination (Major& Minor) on the form
- Check whether the student belongs to Jain / Gujarati / 75% and above category / GOI scholarship (student is referred to Mr Anand Bhalerao for confirmation of the Caste certificate and know exact amount of Fees to be paid).
- Sign on the Printed Form with date.
- Student is sent to the Computer Lab to fill up the MKCL form with the help of a staff. And take Print of the MKCL Form.
- Check all the details and APPROVE the Printed College form.
- Student will receive the link for the payment of fees only after the APPROVAL by the Admission committee member.
- Payment of the fees in the College Office through Online mode / Demand Draft / Credit – Debit card
Admission confirms only after the payment of the Fees.

Eligibility for Admission for Under Graduate Courses in Computer Application (BCA) (3/4 years)
For Maharashtra State Candidature
The candidate,
- Should be a citizen of India;
- Should have passed10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University and obtained non zero score in MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET
OR
- Should have passed AICTE approved Diploma in Commercial Practice or equivalent.
All India Candidature Candidates
- Should be a citizen of India;
- should have passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University and obtained non zero positive score in Common University Entrance Test (CUET) Under Graduate (UG) or obtained non-zero score in MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET
Provided that, preference shall be given to the candidate obtained non zero positive score in Common University Entrance Test (CUET) Under Graduate (UG)over the candidates obtained non zero score in MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET
OR
- should have passed All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved Diploma in Commercial Practice or equivalent;
NRI/OCI/PIO,Children of Indian workers in Gulf Countries(CIWGC),Foreign National (FN) Candidates
- The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University;
OR
- The candidate should have passed AICTE approved Diploma in Commercial Practice or equivalent;
